What account deletion is designed to remove
The reviewed Movenue deletion process is designed to:
- revoke Movenue sessions and connected provider grants held by Movenue;
- remove the profile;
- remove public routines and posts;
- remove eligible comments;
- remove follows, saves, and related social relationships;
- remove workout history;
- remove account-owned media;
- remove active workout/event state;
- remove private HealthKit-derived workout data held by Movenue;
- clear account-scoped data from the app after successful deletion.
Movenue’s current policy target is to complete verified deletion from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted rotating backups may preserve a restricted residual copy for up to 90 days. Provider revocation and lawful exceptions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Data can be retained where law requires or permits it, such as limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, legal-compliance, or request records. Restricted backup copies may remain until the documented rotation period ends. The Privacy Policy contains the final retention details.
Content another person copied or shared outside Movenue is not controlled by Movenue.

Email support@movenue.me with subject:
Movenue account deletion request
Send the request from the email associated with the identity provider/account when possible. Include the Movenue username if known. Do not send:
- a password;
- Apple/Google sign-in code;
- identity token;
- Movenue access/refresh token;
- unnecessary health data;
- government identification unless support has established that it is lawful, necessary, and provides a secure upload method.
Support may use a proportionate verification method before acting so one person cannot delete another person’s account.
Know the difference
Clear downloaded cache
Removes downloaded routines/history from that iPhone and allows supported Cloud data to download again. It does not delete the Movenue account.
Sign out
Ends the current secure Movenue session and clears account-scoped local cache according to the app’s implementation. It does not delete the Cloud account.
Delete a workout history item
Removes the selected completed-workout record according to the app and Privacy Policy. It does not delete the full account.
Delete Movenue account
Starts permanent deletion of the account and associated data. It cannot be undone.
Before deleting
If you want a copy of supported routine or workout data, export it before deletion. Once deletion completes, Movenue may be unable to restore or provide the data.
